Greenstone Winery, formerly known as Greenstone of Heathcoat, was established on a land parcel measuring forty hectares close to Colbinabbin, which is located to the north of Melbourne. Because of the several types of soil that may be found in the area, the town was given the name “Greenstone.” The primary objective of the winery is to make premium wines that are of artisan quality in limited quantities. In 2015, Greenstone took ownership of the Yarra Ridge winery as well as the surrounding vines. In addition, they opened a new cellar door at this facility, which is situated one hour outside of the Central Business District of Melbourne. Han Tao Lau, Amanda Flynn, and Sam Atherton are the three people in charge of winemaking at the vineyard.
